International Relief Teams
International Relief Teams alleviates the suffering caused by poverty and disaster around the globe, from the forgotten corners of the world to right here at home, by sending volunteer teams, relief supplies, and other assistance to improve the lives of those who suffer most.
For more than 30 years, SJ Creations' founders - Sundi and Rich Yousko - have contributed annual monetary donations to the International Relief Teams and their global efforts, and Rich currently sits as Board Chair.

Big Brothers Big Sisters
National research has shown that positive relationships between youth and their Big Brothers and Big Sisters mentors have a direct and measurable impact on children's lives.
SJ Creations has been involved with the San Diego Big Brothers Big Sisters for over 17 years, where Rich Yousko has been an active member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. As founder of SJ Creations and father to two girls, he can relate to the needed efforts to support youth and development.

Burundi Friends International
BFI unites and educates youth, women, and men, creates economic empowerment, and builds self-sustaining communities in Burundi, East Africa. BFI’s Education and Economic Empowerment programming efforts specifically align with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Rich and Sundi work to support Burundi Friends and have hopes to visit Burundi in the future.
